Paul has been teaching and training people to be healthy and fit for over 20 years. He has helped more than 1500 people with their health and fitness goals. Paul has experience teaching traditional and online exercise and wellness classes at highly regarded colleges. As a Wellness Director, Paul has worked with staff and faculty in designing results-oriented exercise programs. Paul is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS). Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Texas Christian University, his Master of Education degree from Tarleton State University, and his Master of Sport Science degree from the United States Sports Academy.

David has over 17 years of personal training experience. His specialty areas include weight loss, running, power lifting, post-rehab conditioning and senior fitness. David graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1995 with a degree in Exercise and Sport Studies.

 

Personal trainer Missy

 

Missy has over 7 years of personal training experience. She is certified by the National Health and Fitness Association and is CPR/AED certified. Her specialty areas included strength/conditioning, weight loss, aqua aerobics and maternity conditioning.

 

Jim Personal Trainer

Jim has been involved with fitness for over 25 years. His specialties include; post-rehab training, body sculpting, weight loss and strength conditioning. Jim received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of North Texas in 2000. Jim’s interests include teaching ball room dancing, martial arts and cycling. 

 

Personal Trainer Keith

Keith has been involved with fitness for more than 20 years. He completed is Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Texas Woman’s University in Denton and his Master of Education at the University of Texas at Tyler . He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a Certified Lifeguard Instructor through the American Red Cross. His areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: weight loss/management, running, body shaping, swimming for fitness, tennis and yoga.
